Collagen-Induced Arthritis (CIA) Model
The “standard” animal model for evaluation of anti-arthritic activity based on immunization with bovine collagen to develop antibodies against bone and cartilage. Prophylactic or Therapeutic Excellent model especially for the early stages of RA and hence for prophylactic or therapeutic intervention early in the disease
